This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is collected, used and protected, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry or registration form: your name, email address, mobile number, preferred contact day and time, the materials you have asked for (brochure, price list, showflat appointment) and the unit types you are interested in. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, financial details or any other sensitive personal data at this stage.
Why we collect it
- To send you the materials you requested for the Chuan Grove development.
- To notify you when the official project name, unit mix, site plan, floor plans or price list are released.
- To arrange a preview or showflat appointment when one becomes available.
- To respond to questions you raise about the development.
Consent and how to withdraw it
By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, including where your number is listed on the Do Not Call registry. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message from us, or by writing to the contact address given to you when we first respond. We will act on a withdrawal request within ten working days, after which we will stop sending marketing communications. Withdrawal does not affect anything lawfully done before the request.
How your data is stored and shared
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Workspace spreadsheet via Google Apps Script and stored there under access controls. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to service your enquiry โ for example passing your details to the appointed marketing agency or the developer's sales team when you request a showflat appointment โ or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and is deleted once that purpose has lapsed.
Cookies and tracking
This site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to understand which pages visitors engage with. The pixel sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or through Meta's own ad-preferences controls, without affecting your ability to use this site or submit the form.
Accuracy and access
You may ask what personal data of yours we hold, how it has been used, and request a correction. Contact us using the reply address on any message you have received from us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
